Sponsorship Opportunities
DXR ’09 represents a great opportunity to show your company’s commitment to the creative environment of North Carolina and South Carolina. We are actively looking for sponsors to help promote and celebrate the innovation and talents of this region’s designers during this week long event. In exchange for your support, you will have to opportunity to promote your company and its services. Choose the level that matches your promotional and involvement needs.
Your dollars will go to support the many expenses of the exhibition including audio/visual needs, speaker costs, printing of materials and other vital support materials.
We had over 1500 design professionals and interested citizens attend last year’s DXR’07 two week celebration of Triangle Based Design. Get your name in front of people who care about what you do and what you can do for them.

Friends of DXR – $100
Your name will be listed in the printed program and on the website as a friend of DXR.
Expo Supporter – $300.00
This level of sponsorship highlights your company’s support with the following benefits:
- Listing of your company’s name, logo, phone number and website address on all distributed materials, including mailers and printed program.
- Posting of your company’s name, logo, phone number, and website address on the DXR website as an Expo Supporter
- 2 tickets to the Opening Night Gala
Multimedia Presentation – $500.00
Throughout the exhibition and featured during the Friday evening opening reception, a multimedia presentation will be shown in a location that will visible to all participants. This presentation provides exposure to the individuals, firms and companies. If you would like to participate, please provide up to 5 digital pictures of your company’s people and products at their best. Details include:
- Up to 5 digital pictures (1600 x 1200 @ 72 dpi resolution)
- All pictures can have a small logo of your company posted in the lower right hand corner of the image (similar to a TV station’s call letters posted on a television broadcast).
- In addition to the 5 photographic images, please include one image of your company’s logo centered on a white background. (Web address is optional.)
- 2 tickets to the Opening Night Gala
Pictures must be submitted on CD to Design Expo Raleigh by April 1, 2009 and sent to:

Design Expo Raleigh reserves the right to remove a picture from the series if the picture is deemed inappropriate. Image files will not be returned.
Bronze Expo Partner – $1000.00
This sponsorship level features all of the benefits of being an Expo Supporter, plus:
- You will be recognized as a Bronze Expo Partner
- You will have the opportunity to place your company’s marketing materials (provided by you) at all of the events
- A Multimedia Presentation Entry ($500.00 value)
SILVER Expo Partner – $1,500.00
Sponsors at this level will receive all of the benefits of being a Bronze Expo Supporter, plus:
- You will be recognized on the website as a Silver Expo Partner
- You will have the opportunity to give a five-minute “prime time” presentation in front of entire conference assembly during that night’s program.
- Company banner placement in main exhibition hall
- Special training, workshop, presentation space opportunities available upon request. This partner (or partners) will have the opportunity to have a time on the Saturday afternoons for a one-hour session at the exhibition to have a special tour or demonstration of your products or services. This special session will be promoted heavily throughout the Exhibition and Lecture Sessions. This will allow you even greater contact and business development opportunities with our attendees.

Space Sponsor – $2,000.00
Help DXRaleigh have a home. Your donation will go towards paying rent on the space over the duration of the exhibition. You will receive all of the benefits of being a Silver Expo Partner, plus:
- A representative of your company will appear on stage in front of all conference attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors to personally welcome and speak to the crowd.
- A banner will be produced with your company name prominently displayed during the entire exhibition.
- 6 tickets to the Opening Night Gala
GOLD Conference Partner Opening Night Gala Sponsor – $3,000.00
You are the King of our Opening Night Gala Event! Our GOLD Expo Partners will be sponsoring our great kickoff event. You will receive all of the benefits of being a Silver Expo Partner, plus:
- A representative of your company will appear on stage in front of all attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors to personally welcome and speak to the crowd.
